What burns more fat, SITUPS, PUSHUPS, JUMPING JACKS, or WEIGHTLIFTING?
I’d have to say weight lifting, because although you are not burning as much fat during the exercise as, say, jumping jacks, your increased muscle mass over time will burn calories on its own for many hours after you stop exercising through thermogenesis. So weight lifting combined with some aerobic activity like running, skipping rope, jumping jacks, etc. would be a good combo for weight loss.
