What can a 13 yr old do for a job?
First, you should assess if you have any special skills, which would qualify you to take up a part time job. If you are currently a student in Karate school, music school, church, or have been going to summer camps every year, you may be able to get a part time job with the institutions you are affiliated with. You should talk to your parents, uncles or aunts. They may have some suggestions. If you are good at math, or have special language skill, or is good at a subject which is difficult for other kids, you can make fairly good money by being a tutor as well. If you really cannot think of anything, paper boy could be a job which pay fairly good money, and do not need a lot of skills other than be reliable. Most jobs requires references. Painting is another job I can think of, which does not require a lot of skill, but you can make a fair good amount of money, if you can really do a good job. I would suggest you offer a paint job in your own house first, so you got your skill polished
