Once you have exceeded the email quota for your domain, all of the mailboxes associated with your domain will stop accepting any new email. Any additional email sent to any of your mailboxes will bounce back to the sender. To solve this problem you’ll need to free up some space by downloading your email, or at least deleting some of the old email that you are storing on the server.
