What can be resolved through Local Resolution?
A. Some conduct complaints are too serious to be resolved locally. The OIPRD has issued guidelines to determine whether or not a complaint is suitable for Local Resolution. Complaints cannot be resolved through Local Resolution if they are too complex to be resolved within 30 days of the initial complaint. If a complaint cannot be resolved through Local Resolution within 30 days, it must be forwarded to the OIPRD.
