This telephone number, which only handles provider phone calls about vaccine viability, is printed on the temperature monitors that are placed in each vaccine shipment. Once you have accepted a delivery of the vaccine as usable product, it becomes your responsibility to ensure proper disposal of any damaged, expired, or un-used product. After that, neither McKesson nor the manufacturers will accept returned 2009 H1N1 vaccine.
