To have fun. So wear low heeled shoes and comfortable clothes. And give yourself about ten minutes per entrée. We do the time-consuming work—shop for fresh ingredients, chop, slice and dice, sear off meats and simmer sauces from scratch. You do the fun part—putting your entrées together with the help of people who know and care about food. Everything you need for each entrée: a simple, easy-to-follow recipe, ingredients and condiments, the utensils to make them with and the pans to make them in, is carefully set up for you at a clearly marked “recipe station”. Start wherever you like and go at your own pace. We’re right there to help if you need it. When you’re done, you walk away without scouring a pot or rinsing a pan. So in less time than it takes to say “Bon appetit!” your fridge is full of delicious, nutritious dinners for days.
