I have been using both products for two days and the area around my mouth feels like it is on fire and it is very dry. I don’t want to stop using the products, but I want to use a moisturizer, however I am not sure which one I could use and when to use it (i.e. 30 mins after applying erythromycin gel). Please help, my acne is bad and I don’t want to have to stop using it-i’ve paid a lot of money for these products. A: When using retin-a-micro, I used Neutragena oil-free combination skin moisturizer. It’s inexpensive and effective and it won’t make you break out. If you apply your medicine at night, you may want to apply the moisturizer in the morning before you apply your makeup.
