Standalone User: This is due to the qry file in the users directory becoming to large or corrupt. Start up a Command Prompt and change the path name to X:\bosv3\users (where X is the drive letter of their install). Then type in the command: del *.qry. This will delete the query files and allow the users to perform searches.
