What causes the “Setup could not find a valid keyfile from the CD. Please Make sure the correct Tolley Electronic CD is in the Drive” error message?

This error message appears when the Update program is run from Start=> Programs=> Tolley Electronic=> Tax-Link Setup. When the option of update files from CD is selected, the Key file sometimes cannot be located. If the Setup.exe file is run from the CD and then browse to the location of the current installation, it will detect the previous installation and take the key file from the CD. The update should carry on as normal and access to the program will be restored.
