What changes took place to the Crown and Anchor programme in January 2011?
On 21 January 2011, we made further enhancements to our programme, based on our members’ feedback. If you remember, our June updates included: – A new exclusive onboard booking bonus for Crown & Anchor Society members. As a member you will be able to use the exclusive onboard booking bonus with either your Crown & Anchor Society savings certificates OR Platinum & Diamond balcony & suite discounts. – Priority notification of special offers and information. – Increased value in the ultimate value coupon book by tier. – We have also added additional Loyalty Ambassador staff on board to better serve our members. All ships (except Legend of the Seas) will have at least two full-time loyalty staff members.
