• Why do I get the error “Cannot find the film drive?” On GATEWAY, COMPAQ and HP PAVILION Computers and others, we have seen conflicts with ENSONIQ and CREATIVE LABS Sound Card settings where problems are caused by the sound cards sharing the LPT port IRQ. To determine which sound card your computer has and to correct the conflict, follow the procedure below. • Select Start > Settings > Control Panel. • Double-click the System icon. • Choose the Device Manager tab. • Scroll down to Sound, Video, and Game controllers and double-click the icon. • Double-click the sound card icon. Note: There can be more than one sound card entry. If there is, you may have to open the other entry to get to the necessary option. • From the sound card Property window, choose the “Setting” or “Options” tab. If your sound card does not have a Setting or Options tab, then your sound card does not have LPT Interrupt sharing. • Disable the option that states “Allow LPT Interrupt Sharing.” • Exit from the System
