WHAT COSTS ARE INVOLVED WITH ANNULMENTS?
In the Archdiocese of Omaha the offering is $350.00 and is asked only after a Decree of Nullity is granted. This offering is applied to the secretarial expenses and covers only a small fraction of the actual expense of the Tribunal operation. The Church has always made provisions in cases of genuine need and under no circumstances is a Decree of Nullity denied because an individual cannot meet the expenses incurred by the Tribunal.
