What could cause small itchy rash all over body, including soles of feet?
My 26month old has small red rash on trunk, back, neck, some on face, arms, legs, buttocks and above groin area, also on bottom of feet. She is scratching but no fever or other symptoms. She did try graduates yogurt bites for the first time yesterday and then she took off her shoes and walked around the grass for about 10 minutes (has done this before, walking barefoot on the grass).
