What Courier Companies do ONE Group use and when?
All International orders are sent via UPS when possible. Some larger pallet orders are sent via Euro pacific. Delivery times for UPS are 5-7 working days however can be dependent on customs regulations and clearance. Australian/Domestic orders up to 5kgs in size are sent via AAE (Australian Air Express) which is an overnight service to most metropolitan areas Delivery to Regional areas can take up to 3-4 working days depending on their locality Australian/Domestic orders over 5kgs in size are sent Toll Express (Road) again depending on locality delivery can take up to 7 working days. Products that have been ordered which are out of stock are sent as a Back Order once the product is back in stock in the specific warehouse. These are sent Australia Post to ensure that the customer avoids being charged extra customs duties or taxes on the Back Order.
