TRU-OL offers a wide range of distance courses. Most are offered through distance education methods – course materials are provided in print or on the Web, and students receive instructional support from tutors by phone or email. Exceptions are labs and practicums, which are offered onsite at designated locations. Registration is available on a continuous basis for most courses. This means you can register at any time unless you are applying for, or are receiving a student loan. TRU-OL also offers courses delivered by consortium institutions SFU and UVic. TRU-OL courses delivered by SFU or UVic are offered only at specific dates and are subject to availability. Course availability details are provided on this website.
