What cruise line to the Carribean and/or Mexico is the best rated?
My friend who has sailed many places and on different lines swears Celebrity Cruises is by far the best. From I’ve heard they are very highly rated. However it is Crystal Cruises which was voted best by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine.
