Garbage services are provided by Rugby Sanitation, which is privately owned. Residential garbage pickup is on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Garbage should be set out the night before pickup. Wednesdays – West of Main Ave, and South of 9th Street SE.Thursdays – North of 9th Street SE and East of Main.All garbage needs to be bagged. 30 gallon container limit.
