• If ASR risk is high based on reliable information, the crop is in a reproductive stage, and rust has not been detected in the local soybean crop, then a protectant fungicide is recommended. • If ASR risk is high based on reliable reports and observations, the crop is in a reproductive stage, and ASR is present at barely detectable levels (1 percent to 10 percent of observed leaves) in the area, then a curative fungicide is recommended.
