What disruptions will there be to sidewalks, walkways, driveways, and the like during construction and who is responsible for any damage to private property?
It is inevitable that there will be disruptions, however the contractor is responsible to provide proper notice when these disruptions are to occur to minimize any inconveniences that will be caused from this work. The contractor is responsible to remediate any damage to private property caused by the project.
