What do computers have in common with waves, energy, science, and society?
Computers can be used to show us sound waves, e.g. on built in oscilloscopes or they can show us videos of sea waves, etc. They are run on energy, allow us to research about energy and synchronise wind farms etc to get more sustainable forms of energy. They allow us to see images of science, learn about science, and allow us to develop our scientific knowledge further. For society, the can provide help, knowledge, communication links, webcams so we can spy on people using satellites and information so we can find out more about ourselves, our society and other people’s.
