What do I do if a resort does not honour my Superspecial Holiday Membership?
Sometimes resorts change staff, management or even owners, who may not yet be familiar with our program, which is usually the reason behind this rare occurrence. If you ever have any problems dealing with one of the resorts listed in our directory, first of all, ask to speak with the manager. If this does not help, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly, and to your satisfaction.
