I agree with most of the other answers. If there is a hint of gold in the dress, than match up your colours and go with gold shoes/bag. However, the bag, shoes, and accessories should never be extravagant unless it is your wedding. Some brides get very sensitive about other people looking fancier, or more put together than she at her wedding. I’d say stick to a small gold hoop earring or a small stud and perhaps a very small handheld purse just large enough for necessities. Also, a simple gold or faux gold chain necklace would work well. Having a strapless dress often makes the shoulders look too naked, so a necklace always compliments strapless clothing.
Sounds like a really cute dress! I would play up on the gold undertones of the dress with gold sandals. If you have a petite frame don’t overdo it with the accessories. If you do big hoop earrings then maybe skip a necklace. If you want a several strands necklace do more minimalist earrings, even if they’re dangling they can still be smaller. Or if you wanna do a few gold bangles to match the shoes I would do big hoop earrings to go with it. The sandals could have some sparkle to them, I wouldn’t do a severely matte leather shoe or bag.
