For one thing, all students will eventually be involved in one organizational setting or another in the work/professions they elect for their working lives. They will encounter such Models. Hospitals ,schools, law firms, offices, skilled trades, unions now subject to global competition are continually involved in education and re-education. Education is huge in the business world. And, interestingly, those involved in such education have found that not only have their work lives benefited, so have their personal lives. The Models used in business to improve human relations, to improve methods of communication, to improve methods of decision-making, to facilitate the implementation of change, clearly have great pertinence for every aspect of a person’s life in and out of the workplace.
