What documentation is available to prove staff members have been certified in CAFAS?
It is the responsibility of the trainer to provide to their local contact some type of documentation of who has successfully completed the certification process and the date of the training. The best method is for the trainer to sign off on each person’s reliability chart and for these charts to be maintained in the locality’s files. The reliability chart is a grid contained in the CAFAS training materials.
