You will be required to fill out an application form. The application form must be accompanied with plans of any proposed construction, as well as an up-to-date survey plan or a scaled and dimensioned site plan. A fee, as prescribed, must be submitted with the application and this fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
