WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED?
When applying to the University of Bath you are required to submit: • Completed and signed application form • Two reference letters, on either stamped or headed paper, sealed with separate envelopes with referee’s signature across the seal. At least one academic reference is required. • Original or authenticated copy* of your Degree certificate • Original or authenticated copy* of your Transcript of Records • Original or authenticated copy* of English language result * An authenticated copy is a photocopy of the document, which has been stamped with an original stamp of the awarding body after it was photocopied. You will not receive an unconditional offer until all documents have been received and accepted. Please bear in mind that it can take time to arrange references and authenticated documents.
The following documentation is required (as applicable): • Verification of your 100 percent disability if applicable: • either a current letter from the Veterans Administration stating you are 100 percent disabled as a result of military service, letter from the Social Security Administration, and/or Form SSA-1099; • 2006, 2007, and 2008 paid real estate tax receipts and/or paid personal property tax receipts for mobile home; • Form 948, Assessor’s Certification for 2006, 2007, and 2008 if property is more than 5 acres or it is a mobile home; • 2008 Federal Income Tax Return, pages 1 and 2, only if you did not file a 2008 Missouri Individual Income Tax Return.
While St. Thomas is a U.S. Territory, passengers traveling on Slipstream from the United States will be required to bring a valid U.S. Passport and supporting identification such as a driver’s license. The above documents must be presented to the Captain of the vessel, U.S. Customs and British Customs. Passport information is available through the U.S. State Department.
