After you get your Legal Capacity to Marry then go to and apply for your marriage license, if your bride is younger then 21 she will need her parents with her for they can sign a consent form. MAKE sure you ask if you need a marriage seminar which you can do while waiting the ten day wait to get your license and also ask if you need any other documents.
