When you arrive you’ll need to go to Manila or Cebu US Embassy and get a “Legal Capacity to Marry” your bride will need to get an NSO Cenomar which shows she is single, she needs to apply for this 8 weeks before your arrival as it can take up to 6 weeks to get. After you get your Legal Capacity to Marry then go to and apply for your marriage license, if your bride is younger then 21 she will need her parents with her for they can sign a consent form. MAKE sure you ask if you need a marriage seminar which you can do while waiting the ten day wait to get your license and also ask if you need any other documents. As for length of stay you get a 21 day stamp when you arrive and you can go to the Bureau of Immigrations and get a 38 day extension which will give you a 59 day stay and if you need longer you can renew for another 59 days up to 2 years, you DON’T need to get a visa be
