What documents govern LVCA?
The LVCA governing documents were developed when the association was first formed in the mid-1980’s. Those documents were part of the disclosure sale package that homeowners received when they purchased a home in LVCA. Many of these documents are on the LVCA website at: www.lafayettevillage.org/lvca_documents.htm. These documents include the Articles of Incorporation; LVCA By-laws; LVCA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; LVCA Resolutions; and other items such as budgets and annual audits. The ACC Guidelines and other rules and regulations are also posted on the website.
