A – All passengers using the Web Check-in service must present: (i) a travel document; (ii) a valid visa when required; and (iii) the printed boarding passes. Passengers without travel documents and valid visa (if required) will not be allowed to board. Web check-in service is not available for: Unaccompanied minors from 7 to 12 years of age (inclusive) and all passengers in need of special assistance.
