What documents will be delivered electronically via eDelivery?
You can elect to receive eligible documents-such as new quarterly policy summaries, fund and product prospectuses, or annual and semi-annual reports for your NYLIAC variable universal life and variable annuity policies as well as any eligible consolidated statements. At this time, all other communications concerning your policy (i.e., confirmation statements and letters) will continue to be sent in paper form via U.S. mail. However, we plan to expand the selection of documents available through eDelivery.
