This is likely an error while installing and updating the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) while downloading the new Howard Stern Media Player. With the XP Operating System go to the Start menu select Settings …, click Control Panel, and double-click the JAVA icon (it looks like a small coffee cup), select the Update tab at top of page, and press the Update Now button. This should update your current Java Runtime Environment. Re-start your computer and launch the Howard Stern Media Player, and then enter your Sirius User name and Password. Another solution is to try the following two steps. 1. Download the off line package manually and install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). 2. If you’re still experiencing issue please clean the windows installer registry using the Windows Installer Cleanup tool and then run the JRE installer again.
