What does an operator need to do if the date or location of the activity must be changed after receiving certification?
NCAA certification is granted based on the specific information submitted on the application. If changes or cancellations are necessary, the operator must inform the NCAA certification staff in writing or via Basketball Certification Online System (BBCS) no later than 48 hours prior to the activity will result in a denial of future or withdrawal of current certification.
