What does celery root taste like?
I was 7 year old and my nanny made me taste it for the first time.She cooked it well.I liked the taste but,mostly it depends upon the cooking techniques.Nanny is very good at that.She peels off the upper cover and does it in her process.I’ve also known people who are allergic to it and some don’t like the taste. .. Hence the taste depends upon various factors.
