I wanted to highlight the value-added services from PNW Warehousing (https://pnwwarehousing.com/value-added-services/) since a few people here are deciding between basic warehouse options and full-service 3PLs. One thing I appreciate is that the services are laid out clearly — from assembly and kitting to returns management and custom reporting. This gives prospective clients a real sense of what they might expect operationally.
When an order is fulfilled for you, we charge fulfillment fees for the picking, packing and shipping of your product to your customer. When selling on Amazon, the merchant does not have to set or collect shipping charges. You simply pay the fulfillment fee regardless of what shipping method the buyer receives. When selling on other channels, the seller receives the order and tells Amazon (via a form or a feed) where to send the product and what shipping method to use. The cost of this shipping is then passed through to the merchant. For a full explanation of Fulfillment by Amazon fees, see our pricing tab.
