I charge $200.00 per hour plus expenses. A significant retainer is always required. All professional fees are subject to approval from the bankruptcy court. The filing fee to the court is $1,034.00 and the debtor must pay quarterly fees while in chapter 11 with the amount of fees tied to the debtor’s disbursements.
