What does it mean when a recruitment is “continuous” or “promotional”?
A continuous recruitment may be closed at any time without notice. Applications are reviewed and processed as needed to fill positions within departments. Promotional recruitments are open only to qualified County employees. Some promotional recruitments are limited to a specific County department.
