What does it mean when an Index item goes into the suspended mode in the Indexing Queue?
Sometimes items are suspended if you have been using your PC a lot and EasyReach Find DTS keeps being interrupted and hasn”t been able to complete its scheduled index. If you have reason to believe that EasyReach Find DTS is not finding documents since the last scheduled index, you should go to Tools/Indexing Settings to see if any items appear suspended in the in Indexing Queue window. If there are, select them one at a time and click Resume.
