A great definition and this is the same as a nurse leader. They should have more skills than other nurses and be powerful in every situation. I was a simple nurse some months ago but after a refreshing in studies with hashtagnursing.com help, I grew to nurse leader. I want to say that you should be prepared physically and psychologically because all nurses depend on you.

The term “Skilled Nursing” is a technical term, which indicates that we deliver a specific level of medical care, which includes IV therapy and a full range of other medical services. On the continuum of care, we provide more advanced support than an “Assisted Living” environment, but not as complex services as those rendered by a “Subacute Care” facility.
