What does the Active checkbox do?
A The Active checkbox causes the department name so display as a hyperlink in the NAUTICAL People and Departments Tree and Alphabetical listings. If a URL is specified in the URL textbox the department name will hyperlink to the specified URL. If Active is checked and a URL is NOT specified, the name will hyperlink to the NAUTICAL menu page for that department.
