What does the “Download Here” or “Unlock Again” status mean?

These status labels appear within the Status column on the Order Details page for products that you have purchased as a download or as a Quicken Unlock. If you have purchased a downloadable product, this link will allow you to start the download of your software. The “Download Here” link will appear immediately after you have purchased the download when you navigate to the Order Status Pages. For Quicken unlocks, the “Unlock Again” button allows you to repeat the unlock process for your Quicken product. Note: QuickBooks and TurboTax unlocks cannot be unlocked again online. You will see the status of “Available” when the product has been fulfilled.
