What does the error message “unknown response” mean?
This error usually occurs because the film drive is not getting electrical power. Verify that the green Power-on LED on the front of the film drive is lit. If it is not lit, check all the power cord connections from the film drive to the wall receptacle. In addition, please check the pins on the AC supply connected to the back of the film drive. If any of the pins are bent, contact technical support.
