What does the Eye of Horus symbolizes if someone were to put it as a tattoo?
Horus the falcon and god of the sky presented his eye as offering to the other gods to help him find his assassinated father Osiris. His uncle Set killed Osiris and scattered parts of his body all over Egypt. The gods helped Horus and he finally found his father and he was brought to life again. Of course these are legends and beliefs of the ancient Egyptians. Since then the eye of Horus became an amulet and a symbol of success. When it is worn as pendant or is painted it should bring good luck, so they believed.
