What does the form builder do?
TriSano® includes a powerful and flexible Form Builder that allows public health officials to expand the capabilities of TriSano® by capturing additional information for existing or new public health situations without vendor or IT involvement. New questions can be integrated easily with existing core data, and can appear conditionally based on answers to other questions. The Form Builder lets you capture additional information for each of the different event types maintained in TriSano®: Morbidity, Contact, Encounter, Place Exposure Events.
