What does the Fund do to help stimulate innovation and foster future leadership?
In the fall of 2007 we launched our first program giving ACHE affiliates the opportunity to learn from leaders and experts from other fields about emerging best practices in supply chain management. In 2008 the Fund will sponsor our second program, which will focus on the environmental sustainability movement and the expectations and opportunities for healthcare delivery. In addition, we are hosting an education program focused on the ethical considerations of healthcare leadership. The Fund is providing scholarship support for emerging leaders to attend ACHE’s multi-session Executive programs. Other program initiatives are being planned for the future.
