What does the supremacy or sovereignty of God mean for human autonomy and self-determination (referring to Romans 9:16, Phil. 2:13, and Acts 16:14)?

Let me begin by defining the attribute of sovereignty. It means God is the absolute and sole ruler in the universe, having total freedom, power, knowledge, wisdom and determination to successfully accomplish all His divine will! (See Psa. 135:6; Isa. 46:10; 1 Cor. 15:24, 25; and Rev. 11:15). His sovereignty does not, however, deny, prevent or overwhelm the freedom of human choice! See Josh. 24:15; 1 Kings 18:21; and Matt. 6:24.
