What does the trainee program involve?
By providing you with objective-oriented training in an international environment with projects you yourself are responsible for, by giving you additional courses and intensive support, Brose aims at integrating you smoothly into the work process at Brose. As a trainee you will receive an unlimited contract of employment. After twelve months, our human resources department will discuss with you which position you should have at the end of your trainee program.
