What does the typical Fine Dining Solutions “entrée” consist of?
A meal designed around a protein (be it beef or beans) with two sides (generally a green veggie and starch or non-green veggie) and a sauce (complementing the dish). If you would like to enjoy an appetizer before dinner (like most of our clients), we would be happy to limit your entrée sides to 1 and provide the appetizer at no additional service charge. Our entrees are portioned similar to a fine dining restaurant – but if you would like us to exercise “portion-control” in your meals, we’d be happy to do so.
