What does Working Solutions do?
Offers you information and referrals on a variety of issues related to your dependents who are adults or have special needs (special needs dependents includes children). How is Working Solutions different from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? Well, we don’t sponsor the EAP, but in general, Working Solutions focuses on issues surrounding adult/elder dependents and special needs children. These dependents can require specialized attention, and Working Solutions has a nationwide network that can help.
