What elevators should delivery personnel utilize?
All deliveries with the exception of messenger services must occur via the Loading Dock and Service Elevator. The delivery personnel must obtain a Service Elevator Access Fob by leaving their identification at the dock office before they will be allowed to access the tenant floor. The Service Elevator Access Fob will only allow access to the specific floor for which the delivery is expected. There is a phone available in the service elevator for the delivery personnel so that they may contact the tenant to announce their delivery. For security purposes, all messengers gaining access through the Building lobby must sign in and out at the security desk. Freight elevator use during normal business hours is on a first come, first serve basis at no charge. Freight elevator use after normal business hours must be scheduled, in advance, with the Management Office and is subject to a charge.
