To answer your question correct in most countries rescue helicopter are painted bright red or white. Here in the U.S.A. The U.S. Coast Guard helicopters are Red with a white stripe. Private Emergency Medical Service (EMS) transport helicopters are for the most part painted bright Red. Keep in mind the Coast Guard helicopters are search and rescue and will have an outside wrench on them.
